A modern shopping center for Belgrade

A new, modern shopping center, with over 43,000 m2 of retail space and a total of 130,000 m2, is being built on the corner of Vojislava Ilica and Mis Irbijeve streets. This is an investment of MPC Properties, which will invest over EUR 100 million in the facility.

The new shopping center, the opening of which is planned for early 2020, will provide the area with a modern shopping destination, the investor announced, and thanks to this investment, they add, over 150 of the most famous international and regional brands will make this part of Belgrade richer with its offer. The new shopping center will also offer a movie theater, a supermarket and rich gastronomy features, entailing cafes and restaurants.

In addition to its location, the shopping center will also feature an innovative concept in line with the latest retail trends, entailing more outdoor areas, lots of natural light and green areas, all to the end of providing consumers with an ultimate shopping experience. The modern urban design is the work of the renowned Dusseldorf-based international architectural studio Chapman Taylor.
